PISTES DU SOLEIL A2

This 4-star apartment is located on the ground floor of Building A in Pistes du Soleil, Chinaillon, in the Grand-Bornand commune. It features a large terrace sheltered from the wind by a tall hedge, facing south with views of the ski slopes and mountains. The apartment is heated with underfloor heating and electric convectors in each room.

The apartment measures 100m² and accommodates nine people in four bedrooms: three with two single beds each, and one with a single bed plus a bunk bed. It includes two shower rooms, one bathroom, and three toilets.

The main living area is a large open space combining a kitchen corner, dining area, and lounge. The dining area is equipped to seat up to 16 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and extractor hood. A washing machine and dryer are also available.

The apartment has a TV/DVD player with French and English channels, and internet access.

On the large terrace, tables and chairs allow you to dine outside, even in winter. A ski locker is at your disposal.

The price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, bath mats, and beds made on arrival!
Final cleaning is included; however, the apartment must be left in a tidy condition (beds unmade, bins taken out, dishwasher emptied, etc.).

Baby beds and high chairs are available upon request. Rentals run from Sunday to Sunday.
