Our 47m² apartment is located on the third floor of the new “Le Village de Lessy” complex, right in the centre of Chinaillon, opposite the tourist office and in the heart of the Aravis region.
The apartment features a large corner balcony facing due south, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the ski slopes.
The first bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite shower room, storage space, and a flat-screen TV with DVD player.
The second bedroom has two single beds.
There is a second bathroom with a washing machine and dryer, and a separate WC.
The kitchen is pleasant and very well equipped: ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, percolator, microwave, and enough crockery for 6 people.
The living/dining area includes a sofa bed, an armchair, a coffee table, a dining table and chairs, a flat-screen TV, and DVD player. Sliding doors lead to the balcony with stunning views! The apartment is now equipped with Wi-Fi.
MGM properties are renowned for their high construction quality and attention to detail. The apartment is heated with powerful electric radiators.
You’ll be in the very heart of the village, close to shops, restaurants, a bakery, and just opposite the tourist office. The ski slopes are within walking distance.
A covered parking space and a ski locker are included. Please note: the apartment is part of the private section of the MGM project and does not include access to the wellness area (pool, etc.).
Linen is included in the rental (towels, sheets, tea towels, and beds made on arrival).
