Located in a recent residence on the heights of Chinaillon, this modern apartment is the perfect base for a mountain holiday, both in winter and summer. Designed to comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 guests, it offers open views of the ski slopes and the village, in a peaceful and pleasant setting.

The bright living space opens onto a balcony equipped with a table and chairs – ideal for outdoor meals with a mountain backdrop. Inside, the lounge features a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, creating a cosy and welcoming atmosphere.

The open kitchen is fully equipped: oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, raclette and fondue sets. Everything you need to cook just like at home.

The apartment includes two bedrooms:
– One with a double bed (160x200)
– One with two single beds
– Plus a sofa bed in the living room for extra guests if needed

The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, and towel dryer. The WC is separate. A washer-dryer is also available.

You’ll have access to a secure ski locker and a covered parking space.

Bed linen is provided, beds are made on arrival, and a welcome kit (cleaning and hygiene products) is included for a stress-free stay. Mid-stay cleaning is available on request.

The centre of Chinaillon is around 15 minutes on foot, or just a few minutes by the free shuttle which stops right outside the residence.

Non-smoking flat, pets are not allowed. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
