This top floor duplex apartment, is ideally located opposite the ski slopes with fantastic views up and down the valley from the large south facing balcony. This 82m² apartment is located in the very centre of the village with the main supermarket on the ground floor of the building. It is also within a very short walk to the Chatelet chairlift (open in the summer to take hikers & bikes up the mountain), as well as the local shops, restaurants and bars.
Bedroom 1 is fitted with a Queen sized bed, large built-in wardrobe and views looking out towards the mountains.
Bedroom 2 also has a Queen sized bed and built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds and a set of bunk bed, so sleeps up to 4 people. The bedlinen and towels are included in the rental price.
The main bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, basin, heated towel rail and a combi washer/dryer.
En-suite bathroom to bedroom 3 with shower, basin, heated radiator, wc and cupboard.
The kitchen includes an oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffe maker, fondue set etc and has plenty of storage with its breakfast bar. It is fully equipped for 8 people.
Hoover, mops, cleaning products etc in hallway cupboard.
The living room is comfortably kitted out with a large corner sofa, armchair, coffee table, dining table and chairs. There is a flat screen TV, DVD & free Wifi. There are French doors leading onto the south facing balcony with views up and down the valley.
The mezzanine area with balcony overlooking the main lounge also has a flat screen TV and DVD player, it is ideal for a kid's hangout.
The apartment has a travel cot available for babies and a booster seat for toddlers. There are kids plates, cutlery and cups. The apartment has very efficient electric central heating. There is also a secure ski locker for your use as well as a designated parking space in the underground garage.
The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)!

A pretty dramatic holiday with my son requiring stitches in his head and me dislocating my elbow. The English speaking Aravis Holidays team were very helpful when I phoned them for medical clinic advice. Nothing was a problem and they all went over and above their required duties to make our holiday run smoothly. Thank you very much. See you next year for sure!!

Grand appartement, vue magnifique!c’est dommage qu’on nous ai prévenu à notre arrivée qu’on avait possibilité d’avoir accès à la piscine. du coup nous n’avions pas prévu les maillots de bain…nous saurons pour la prochaine fois !!

Comme je l’ai noté vous avez tous été très gentils, l’appart était vraiment bien situé, avec une vue sur le domaine magnifique, par contre on aurait aimé être prévenu (avant notre arrivée) que l’on pouvait avoir accès à la piscine…car du coup personne n’avait de maillot de bain. Sinon, ras!!!
